Payment:
Deposit of 50% are required upon confirmation. Balance shall be made upon delivery or full payment is better.
Cancellation:
50% of cancellation will be charged for confirmed order.
Unavailability of Product:
In the event any product become unavailable at the time of production, Firqat (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substituted them with the similar product of equal value.
Delivery:
Delivery charges included for Klang Valley only. Delivery will be made Wednesday every week. Order before 12 midnight on Tuesday will be process for the Wednesday delivery.
